Who we are
LADORA TRAVEL is a tour company registered in Tashkent. We work with international destinations: the United Arab Emirates, Türkiye, Egypt and Qatar. Our job is to bring the whole process under one accountable party for travellers leaving Uzbekistan.
A trip is more than a ticket and a hotel. It is the visa, the insurance, the transfers, the guide, the tickets and dozens of small questions along the way. It is far easier to ask one manager than several different people, and that is the principle we work on.
How we work
- A written contract. Every trip is formalised in a contract. We do not work on verbal agreement.
- A fixed price. The sum in the contract is final. We do not ask for surcharges when exchange rates move.
- One manager. A single specialist works with you from enquiry to return.
- Official payment. Payment is accepted only to the company account or through an official cash desk, with a receipt.
- Straight talk. If something is impossible or risky, we say so plainly — not to persuade you, but so you can decide properly.
