The principal terms of the contract for tourist services: the parties, subject, price, obligations and liability.
This document sets out the principal terms of the contract for tourist services. The full contract is provided for signature at the booking stage.
1. The parties
The provider is LADORA TRAVEL LLC (TIN 313 244 148), certificate of state registration no. 3314538 dated 10.08.2026. The client is the individual or company ordering the tourist services.
2. Subject of the contract
The provider supplies the client with a package of tourist services: hotel booking, transfers, excursions, visa processing and insurance. The exact content is set out in the itinerary attached to each contract.
3. Price and payment
The price is fixed in the contract and does not change after signature. Payment terms: a 30 % deposit with the balance 21 days before departure. Details are on the 'Payment and cancellation' page.
4. Obligations of the parties
- The provider: to deliver the services as scheduled, prepare documents on time and stay reachable during the trip.
- The client: to provide accurate information, pay on time and observe the laws of the destination country.
5. Liability
The provider is liable for the services it supplies. It is not directly liable for decisions taken by airlines, hotels or consulates (flight delays, visa refusals, hotel service quality), but is obliged to seek an alternative solution.
The provider is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate information from the client (for example, an expired passport).
6. Term
The contract takes effect on signature and remains in force until both parties have fully performed their obligations.
