Payment and cancellation

Payment schedule

1. Within three days of signing the contract — 30 % of the total.
2. Twenty-one days before departure — the remaining 70 %.
3. If fewer than 21 days remain, the full amount is paid at once.

The price is fixed in the contract in US dollars or in soum. Once signed, it does not change — no surcharges are applied for exchange-rate movements.

Cancellation by the client

Cancellation is made by written application. The refund is calculated from the date the application is received:

Air tickets, visa fees and non-refundable hotel bookings are treated separately from the percentages above, as they follow the airline's and hotel's own rules. We calculate the exact figure in writing in each case.

Cancellation by the company

If a group does not fill or the service cannot be provided, we may cancel the trip. In that case the amount paid is refunded in full or, with the client's agreement, moved to another date. Guaranteed departure dates are not cancelled even if the group is incomplete.

Force majeure

In the event of natural disasters, hostilities, border closures, epidemics or other circumstances beyond the parties' control, both parties are released from liability. In such cases we return to the client everything recoverable from suppliers and provide documentary proof.
