Licence and documents

Tour operator licence: application in progress. The company has completed state registration and submitted its application for a licence to operate in tourism. The licence number and issue date will be published on this page as soon as the formal decision is made.

We do not conceal this. Until the licence is issued we operate as a travel agency and deliver the tour product in partnership with licensed tour operators. Every contract states explicitly who provides the service.

If you need scanned copies of the documents, ask and we will email them. Corporate clients receive the company details and closing documents as a matter of course.

Your rights as a client

• To ask for the company's registration documents before signing a contract.
• To receive full information on the content, price and terms of the tour product.
• To receive an official payment document (receipt, voucher or invoice).
• To cancel the trip and claim a refund under the procedure set out in the contract.
• To pursue a complaint under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the event of a dispute.

The «Safe tourism» hotline

The hotline of the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is 1173. It can be used to ask questions or file complaints about a tour company's conduct.
