1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
- From the form: name, phone, email, Telegram handle, citizenship and trip details.
- When a contract is signed: passport details and date of birth — solely for visas and bookings.
- Technical data: browser type, page address and visit time — to improve the website.
3. How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To conclude and perform the contract: bookings, visas, insurance and transfers.
- To keep the accounting and tax records required by law.
We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for advertising.
4. Who receives it
Only to the parties needed to deliver the trip: airlines, hotels, consulates, insurers and receiving partners at the destination. Only the necessary minimum is shared.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry data for one year. Contracts and accounting records for the period set by law (usually five years). After that, the data is deleted.
6. Your rights
- To learn what data about you is held.
- To have inaccurate data corrected.
- To request deletion (where the law does not require retention).
- To withdraw consent at any time.
